प्रमोद राजपूत यूँ तो पेशे से सॉफ़्ट्वेर एंजिनीर हैं और पिछले २० सालों से बहुराष्ट्रीय कम्पनियों में कार्यरत हैं, मगर हिंदी और उर्दू ग़ज़लों और नज़्मों का शौक़ स्कूल के दिनों से हीं रखते हैं।

अपने कॉलेज के ज़माने से हीं मिर्ज़ा ग़ालिब की ग़ज़लों के बहुत बड़े प्रशंसक रहे हैं। प्रमोद राजपूत की रचनाओं में प्रेम और मानवीय जज़्बातों का अद्भुत मिश्रण होता है जो श्रोताओं और पाठकों का दिल छू लेता है। इनकी कुछ रचनाएँ जीवन, दर्शन और प्रेरणात्मक भी हैं।

पिछले कुछ सालों से इन्होंने अपनी इस प्रतिभा को गंभीरता से लेना शुरू किया है और उसके पश्चात देश विदेश के मुशायरों और कवि सम्मेलनों में बहुत शौक़ से सुने जाते हैं। ७ फ़रवरी २०१९ को इनकी एक ग़ज़ल के कुछ शेर संसद में भारतीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी और विपक्ष के नेता श्री मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने अपने भाषण में कहा जो मीडिया और प्रेस में बहुत दिनों तक चर्चा का विषय बना रहा।

प्रमोद राजपूत हिंदी फ़िल्म के बहुत बड़े प्रशंसक हैं और एक दिन एक गीतकार के नाम से जाने जाना चाहते हैं।

Pramod Rajput, although, is a software engineer by profession and has been
working in multinational companies across the globe for last 20 years but had a passion of Hindi/Urdu poetries from school days. From his college days he is a great admirer of Mirza Ghalib’s poetries.

In Pramod Rajput’s poetries there is wonderful presence of love and human emotions which touches the heart of listeners and readers. Few of his creations are about life, philosophy and also motivational.

Recently he started taking his this talent seriously and since then he is heard with great interest in KAVI SAMMELANS and MUSHAYRAES.

On 7 th Feb 2019, few lines from one of his poem were recited in Parliament by Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and leader of opposition Shri Mallikarjun Kharge. These few lines were discussed in Indian media and press for many days.

Pramod Rajput is a Die-hard fan of Bollywood and dreams to be known as a Lyricist one day.
